Ingredients
- 2 Salmon Fillets (fresh or fully thawed frozen)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 wedges Lemon
- Fresh Parsley, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the fillets from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Serve with a sprinkle of garlic powder and garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
Notes
To enhance the meal, serve the salmon over sautéed greens or grains, and drizzle with extra honey garlic sauce before serving. For a crunch, finish with a quick air fry of breadcrumbs.
