Description

A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon recipe that elevates any weeknight dinner into a special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz. each)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • Pinch of pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper to form a rub.
  2. Generously pat this mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the tops are beautifully caramelized.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, plate, and serve hot.

Notes

For a touch of sweetness, honey can replace the brown sugar. Serve with steamed asparagus or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
