Description

Ingredients

  • Bread (your choice)
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, optional herbs)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly toast the bread in a toaster or directly in the air fryer for a few minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over each slice of toasted bread, making sure to distribute evenly.
  5. Sprinkle cheese generously on top of the eggs.
  6. Place the prepared toast in the air fryer and cook for about 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
