Description
A delicious blend of crispy chicken, beef bacon, fresh vegetables, and creamy ranch dressing all wrapped in a warm tortilla.
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 slices of beef bacon
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- Olive oil for cooking
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. When the skillet is hot, add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest.
- Cook the beef bacon in the same skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes; be sure to drain on paper towels afterward.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and crumble the crispy beef bacon into small pieces.
- Assemble by taking a tortilla and spreading a generous tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, chicken strips, and beef bacon. Top with shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Toast the wrapped tortillas in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for extra crispiness.
