Description

A delicious blend of crispy chicken, beef bacon, fresh vegetables, and creamy ranch dressing all wrapped in a warm tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of beef bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. When the skillet is hot, add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest.
  3. Cook the beef bacon in the same skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes; be sure to drain on paper towels afterward.
  4. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips and crumble the crispy beef bacon into small pieces.
  5. Assemble by taking a tortilla and spreading a generous tablespoon of ranch dressing in the center. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, chicken strips, and beef bacon. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  7. Toast the wrapped tortillas in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for extra crispiness.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite protein or add hot sauce for spice.
