Description

Crispy chicken wraps filled with flavorful combinations, perfect for busy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 4 large tortillas
  • ½ cup beef bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • Lettuce, shredded
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for frying
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and your preferred spices.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Sauté the chicken until it’s cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped beef bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the mixture at the center. Top with shredded lettuce.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to seal.
  6. Heat a skillet on medium, add a bit of oil, and place the wraps seam side down. Cook until crispy and golden, about 3–4 minutes per side.
  7. Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding finely chopped peppers or onions into the filling mix.
