Crispy chicken wraps filled with flavorful combinations, perfect for busy evenings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 4 large tortillas
- ½ cup beef bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- Lettuce, shredded
- Olive oil or cooking spray for frying
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, and your preferred spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Sauté the chicken until it’s cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped beef bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
- Lay a tortilla flat and add a portion of the mixture at the center. Top with shredded lettuce.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to seal.
- Heat a skillet on medium, add a bit of oil, and place the wraps seam side down. Cook until crispy and golden, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding finely chopped peppers or onions into the filling mix.
