Description

Delicious Chicken Caesar Wraps filled with shredded chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy dressing, perfect for lunch or quick dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 whole wheat or regular tortillas
  • Optional: croutons for added crunch


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
  2. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
  3. Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the mixture into the center.
  4. If desired, sprinkle some croutons for added crunch.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it from the bottom, creating a snug wrap.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Notes

These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet for best results.
