Description

A delightful sandwich featuring crunchy chicken and rich Caesar dressing, perfect for lunch or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour (for dredging)
  • 2 eggs (for binding)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup fresh romaine lettuce (for crunch)
  • Optional: 4 strips of cooked crispy beef bacon


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
  2. Dip the floured chicken in beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  3. Coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In a heated skillet, fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  5. Toast your bread until lightly golden.
  6. Place the cooked chicken on the toasted bread, layer with romaine lettuce, and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
  7. If desired, add strips of crispy beef bacon on top, then close the sandwich or serve open-faced.

Notes
