Description

A delightful Chicken Crunch Wrap that’s both quick and easy to make, perfect for busy weeknights or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Cooked chicken breast
  • Greek yogurt
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Cheese
  • Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  2. Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken mixture into the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and tightly roll it from the bottom up.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from the pan, cut in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to substitute Greek yogurt with sour cream for extra creaminess. Consider adding crushed tortilla chips to the filling for an extra crunch.
