Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders (fresh or thawed)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning with the cream cheese until smooth.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken tenders to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the beef broth over it.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions before serving.
