Description

A flavorful and tender chicken dish baked with a creamy ranch cheese sauce that is perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders (fresh or thawed)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning with the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken tenders to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the beef broth over it.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions before serving.

Notes

For optimal flavor, marinate the chicken tenders for a few hours or overnight in the ranch seasoning mix. You can substitute the cheese depending on your preference.
