Description

Deliciously crispy chicken breasts marinated in dill pickle juice for an extraordinary flavor combination.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko adds more crunch)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for the baking sheet

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off, then coat each breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared sheet and lightly spray the tops with oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.

Notes

For a flavor boost, consider adding herbs or spices to your breadcrumb mixture. Avoid overcrowding your baking sheet for a perfect crispy finish.
