Description
Deliciously crispy chicken breasts marinated in dill pickle juice for an extraordinary flavor combination.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko adds more crunch)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for the baking sheet
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off, then coat each breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared sheet and lightly spray the tops with oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
Notes
For a flavor boost, consider adding herbs or spices to your breadcrumb mixture. Avoid overcrowding your baking sheet for a perfect crispy finish.
