Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light coat of cooking spray.
- In one bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place beaten eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
