Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle chips
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a food processor, pulse the dill pickle chips until finely chopped.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
- In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Take each chicken breast, dip it into the eggs, then coat it in the chopped dill pickles followed by the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

Notes
