Description

Delicious air fryer salmon bites coated in a sweet-savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for quick dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Salmon Fillet (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Spray
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, sesame oil, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add salmon cubes and marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, add cornstarch. Remove the salmon from the marinade (reserving the marinade) and coat with cornstarch.
  3. Preheat your air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon cubes in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for around 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Brush with reserved marinade if desired during the last few minutes.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Serve on a bed of rice or with a tangy dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
