Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup hot honey (adjust to your heat preference)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
- In a bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese with hot honey until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken cool slightly before serving.
Notes
