Description

A simple yet extraordinary chicken dish featuring juicy chicken breasts topped with creamy feta and a sweet, spicy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (adjust to your heat preference)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese with hot honey until well mixed.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a twist, add sliced bell peppers or cherry tomatoes before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
