Description

Delicious chicken thighs with crispy skin and juicy meat, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs evenly with the marinade.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use a meat thermometer for perfect cooking.
