Description

A quick and budget-friendly dish with rich salmon topped with a crunchy, cheesy coating, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily, and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a unique twist, try using Gruyère cheese or gluten-free breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
