Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until mixed well.
- Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
