Description

Creamy and crispy potatoes bathed in Parmesan cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half if they’re larger.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional Italian herbs.
  3. Toss the potatoes in the bowl, ensuring they’re evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Transfer the seasoned potatoes into the crockpot.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
  6. Cover and set the crockpot to cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
  7. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley (if desired) and serve warm.

Notes

Roast fresh garlic with the potatoes for intense flavor. Remove the lid for the last 30 minutes of cooking for crispiness.
