Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- Oil for frying (canola or vegetable oil)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, season the flour with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until mixed well.
- In another dish, add the breadcrumbs and stir in the ranch seasoning.
- Dip each chicken tender first in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, add the chicken tenders in batches, cooking until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer cooked tenders to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
Notes
