Description

Delightful and crispy chicken tenders that are perfect for gatherings or family meals, seasoned with ranch for extra flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • Oil for frying (canola or vegetable oil)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, season the flour with salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until mixed well.
  3. In another dish, add the breadcrumbs and stir in the ranch seasoning.
  4. Dip each chicken tender first in the seasoned flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Once hot, add the chicken tenders in batches, cooking until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer cooked tenders to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

Notes

Marinate chicken in buttermilk for enhanced moisture and tenderness. Ensure oil is hot for proper crispiness.
