A comforting and creamy dish featuring tender chicken served over angel hair pasta, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) Italian dressing mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts directly into your Crock Pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing mix, cream cheese, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken in the Crock Pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. About 10 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Shred the chicken in the Crock Pot and mix with the creamy sauce. Serve over the angel hair pasta and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, consider searing the chicken before placing it in the Crock Pot. You can also stir in steamed broccoli or spinach for added nutrition.
