Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Combine the ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Add shredded cheese to the top about 15 minutes before serving. Cover until melted.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or veggies, spooning some extra sauce over individual servings.
Notes
