Ingredients
- 4-6 Chicken thighs or breasts (skinless)
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves Garlic (fresh or powdered)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 cups Spinach (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, place the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add minced garlic and beef broth to the pot.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes, or until the chicken is fork-tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, mix in cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add Parmesan cheese and spinach, allowing the spinach to wilt before serving.
