Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the beef short ribs generously with salt and pepper.
- Layer the chopped onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place the seasoned beef ribs on top.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the ribs.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is incredibly tender and practically falling off the bone.
- Once cooked, serve the ribs hot, garnished with fresh herbs for a pop of color.
Notes
