Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked pasta for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover to allow the cheese to melt beautifully.
- Serve the chicken over a bed of cooked pasta.
