Instructions
- Place the meat at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer the vegetables over the meat.
- Pour in the broth or stock, ensuring everything is well-covered.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and your choice of dried herbs.
- Cover and set the crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
