Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the honey-garlic mixture over the top.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, toss in the broccoli florets.
  6. Serve the flavorful chicken and broccoli over a bed of cooked rice.
