Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, stir together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour the honey-garlic mixture over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, toss in the broccoli florets.
