Ingredients
- 1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
- 1 lb Green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb Baby potatoes, halved
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, and halved baby potatoes to the crockpot.
- Chop the onion and mince the garlic; toss them into the pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything gently to combine all the flavors.
- Pop the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve it warm, and enjoy!
Notes
