Description

A hearty and budget-friendly meal that combines kielbasa and green beans, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 lb Green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, and halved baby potatoes to the crockpot.
  3. Chop the onion and mince the garlic; toss them into the pot.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix everything gently to combine all the flavors.
  7. Pop the lid on and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve it warm, and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or red pepper flakes for added flavor. Pairs well with crusty bread or a green salad.
