Description

A comforting creamy dish featuring tender chicken in a rich sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Transfer the garlic to the slow cooker and place the chicken breasts on top.
  3. Pour the chicken broth and cream over the chicken, followed by the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir the sauce to combine.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.

Notes
