Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix the cream cheese with the Italian dressing mix and chicken broth until creamy.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Stir in fresh spinach during the last 30 minutes to wilt.
- Shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.
Notes
