Ingredients
- 1 package cheddar pierogies
- 2 cups creamy chicken broth (or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option)
- 1 pound savory kielbasa, sliced
- 2 cups melted cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Layer the cheddar pierogies evenly in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Slice the kielbasa into rounds and layer it over the pierogies.
- Pour the creamy chicken broth over the entire mixture.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle melted cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover again until the cheese melts, then gently stir before serving.
