Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, and ginger in a large bowl until just mixed.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
- Add the pineapple chunks and pour the teriyaki sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 240 minutes or high for 120 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
