Ingredients

Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, coconut milk, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or until chicken is tender.
