Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 4 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Optional: diced tomatoes or avocado
Instructions
- Cook the beef bacon according to package instructions until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken and ranch dressing, stirring well to coat.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them, followed by the beef bacon, shredded lettuce, and cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends.
- In a skillet over medium heat, toast the wrapped tortillas for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a skillet or microwave with caution to avoid soggy tortillas.
