Description

A delightful savory wrap with chicken, beef bacon, and ranch dressing, perfect for lunch or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 4 slices beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Optional: diced tomatoes or avocado


Instructions

  1. Cook the beef bacon according to package instructions until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken and ranch dressing, stirring well to coat.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture among them, followed by the beef bacon, shredded lettuce, and cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, toast the wrapped tortillas for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a skillet or microwave with caution to avoid soggy tortillas.
