Ingredients
- Kielbasa or Polish sausage, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
- Bacon, smoked or thick-cut
- Cream cheese, regular or low-fat
- Seasonings: garlic powder, pepper, or cayenne
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the kielbasa into roughly 1-inch thick rounds.
- Wrap each kielbasa slice with a piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
- Fill the center of each wrapped kielbasa with a generous dollop of cream cheese.
- Season to taste with your chosen spices.
- Arrange the pig shots in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
