Description

Irresistible pig shots wrapped in bacon with a creamy cheese filling, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Kielbasa or Polish sausage, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
  • Bacon, smoked or thick-cut
  • Cream cheese, regular or low-fat
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, pepper, or cayenne
  • Toothpicks


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa into roughly 1-inch thick rounds.
  3. Wrap each kielbasa slice with a piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  4. Fill the center of each wrapped kielbasa with a generous dollop of cream cheese.
  5. Season to taste with your chosen spices.
  6. Arrange the pig shots in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for a month. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
