Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Keep the breadcrumbs in a third bowl ready for coating.

- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat, allowing it to reach about 350°F.
- Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
- Toss the fried chicken in the sauce just before serving.
Notes
For an extra crunchy coating, consider double-dipping the chicken pieces in the egg and breadcrumbs. Serve garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
