Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard until smooth.
  5. Generously spread the glaze over the meatloaf, ensuring even coverage.
