Description

This delightful casserole combines simplicity with heartwarming flavor, making it a fantastic choice for gatherings or cozy family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom alternative)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice for flavor)
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles (or pasta of your choice)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix cooked beef with cream of chicken soup and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Fold in the cooked egg noodles and half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
