- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix cooked beef with cream of chicken soup and sour cream until well combined.
- Fold in the cooked egg noodles and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
