Description

A satisfying dish of ground turkey cooked in a sweet and savory honey-garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for about 6-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the minced garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For an even more intense flavor, let the dish marinate in the honey-garlic sauce for an hour before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
