Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
- Lower the heat and stir in the minced garlic, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the honey and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
