Description

Quick and elegant air fryer salmon recipe that’s both flavorful and nutritious, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to eliminate excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub this mix evenly over the salmon fillets.
  3. Drizzle the fillets with lemon juice.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before cooking for deeper flavor.
