Indulge in these warm, flaky croissant sandwiches filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and savory beef, perfect for a cozy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked beef (seasoned to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants in half horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a skillet, scramble the eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper until just set. Remove from heat.
  4. Layer the cooked beef and scrambled eggs inside each croissant.
  5. Top with cheese and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze before baking.
