Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce
  • Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce (for crunch)
  • Pickles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. While the chicken is cooking, mix hot sauce with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt in a bowl to create your sauce.
  5. Once cooked, slice the chicken into small pieces and toss with the spicy sauce.
  6. Assemble your sliders by placing chicken on the slider buns, adding lettuce, and optional pickles before topping with the other half of the bun.

Notes

Leftover sliders can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For a smoky flavor, consider adding a touch of smoked paprika.
