Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or dill)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flaked salmon with bread crumbs, diced onion, herbs, egg, and mayonnaise.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and drain excess oil on paper towels before serving hot.
Notes
