Description

Quick and versatile Cottage Cheese Wraps made with just two ingredients, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20–30 seconds.
  2. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  3. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of the batter into the center of the pan and tilt gently to spread thin.
  4. Cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until the edges lift and surface looks dry.
  5. Flip the wrap and cook for another 1–2 minutes until lightly golden on the other side.
  6. Transfer to a plate and cool for 2–3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
