Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 20–30 seconds.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil.
- Pour approximately 1/2 cup of the batter into the center of the pan and tilt gently to spread thin.
- Cook undisturbed for 3–4 minutes until the edges lift and surface looks dry.
- Flip the wrap and cook for another 1–2 minutes until lightly golden on the other side.
- Transfer to a plate and cool for 2–3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
