Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Reduce heat and let simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
