Description

A simple and delicious cream cheese chicken recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Reduce heat and let simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
