Description

Delicious baked salmon fillets drizzled with a fragrant garlic butter sauce, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a comforting weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
  6. Once the salmon is ready, drizzle the garlic butter sauce generously over the fillets before serving.

Notes

For crispy salmon, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
