Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Once the salmon is ready, drizzle the garlic butter sauce generously over the fillets before serving.
Notes
For crispy salmon, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for later use.
