- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions until translucent.
- Stir in the flour, cooking for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk to avoid lumps, stirring until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
