Description

Delightful muffins made with ground beef and sweet maple syrup, perfect for a quick and satisfying breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, then drain any excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup.
  5. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the cooked beef until uniformly distributed.
  7. Scoop the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.
