Description

Nutritious and delicious protein-packed snacks, perfect for busy days or post-workout energy boosts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural variant preferred)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for vegan version)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (whey or plant-based)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, and protein powder.
  2. Use a spatula or spoon to mix everything until well combined.
  3. With clean hands, roll the mixture into small balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For added flavor, toast the oats lightly before mixing. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
