Description

Quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring salmon and lemon, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 1 can (15 ounces) salmon, drained
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add drained salmon, lemon juice, and zest. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  4. Toss in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For added creaminess, consider incorporating a splash of cream or cream cheese. Use high-quality canned salmon for the best flavor.
