Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, honey (or brown sugar), olive oil, and ginger if using.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
