Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Flatbread or burrito-sized tortilla
- 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges (or 1 tbsp pesto cream cheese)
- 3–4 slices of turkey deli meat (4 oz)
- 1 slice cheese (optional)
- 1 handful baby spinach or romaine
- 1 oz mixed nuts
- ½ cup fresh berries
Instructions
- Lay tortilla flat and spread cheese evenly.
- Layer turkey, cheese, and spinach.
- Roll tightly and slice into 5 pieces.
- Pack pinwheels with sides in a container.
- Refrigerate up to 3 days.
